The laboratory focuses on offshore production systems, subsea engineering, marine technology, digital monitoring, risk analysis, reliability, and engineering innovation for sustainable maritime development.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      OPART was established as an academic and research platform to support the development of knowledge, technology, and innovation in ocean engineering.
