Research Potential Test

Candidates complete an assessment focused on engineering reasoning, analytical thinking, and research potential.

Candidate Shortlisting

Candidates demonstrating strong research potential proceed to the next stage.

STEP 04

Interview & Commitment Assessment

Selected candidates participate in an interview to assess motivation, research interest, initiative, and commitment.

Final Evaluation

Assessment results are consolidated to determine the final recruitment outcome.

Orientation & Research Probation

Selected candidates begin orientation and an initial period of participation in OPART activities.
